Motor powered up - RC Groups

Hi guys, wondered if anyone ever experienced a similar problem. Was preflighting my Taft fly baby this afternoon, everything all previously setup and correct. Engine disarmed via switch on Tx. After a couple of seconds the motor burst into life full throttle in reverse (rotation already checked) hence throwing the prop off in the process. Lucky I had brown trousers on at the time.
