Lever position for Aileron - RC Groups

... On my delta wing, the horizontal elevators are in-line with the ailerons; I thought of running a hinge pipe (for turning the ailerons) inside of another tube (which turns the elevators). Is there a preferred way to use bearings for one tube inside another in this situation? And/ or a gap diameter run flush without bearings, etc?
