Whoever you bought it from needs to file the claim, it is the shippers responsibility. Depending on who it is, they may make it right immediately or push it off on the post office, I have seen both cases. I sent the buyer another kit right away, after 6 weeks or so, I got a check from UPS for the entire cost. If anything is lacking on the packaging, they will deny the claim and it will be up to the sender to reimburse you. Get in touch with the seller as soon as possible and explain the situation if you havent already.
