If you are talking about the very top, looks like the PCBoard may be a little off center but the cells are straight. What do you think? If the cells are bent, I would definitely try to return it. The resting voltages are in teresting as packs sent by asir must be around 3.75V/cell. I wonder what the history of that pack is..
