Simple and inexpensive charging solution - RC Groups

New to anything more than 1s whoops and want to get a simple inexpensive charging solution focused on 2-4s lipos for a geprc Phantom and whatever I get to fly 3-4s. Priority 1 is charging 6+ 2s 450mahs Not going to be going any bigger than 4s ~600 mah this season so something smaller/more mobile friendly would be fine. Priority 1 is charging 6+ 2s 450mahs Not going to be going any bigger than 4s ~600 mah this season so something smaller/more mobile friendly would be fine. Other budget note is that Id rather spend a bit less now and get something nicer later when I eventually go up to more traditional 1100+mah 4-6s batteries (No room in the budget for something as nice as Id like for batteries that pricey/dangerous at the moment if I understand the market).Any help/advice is appreciated
