Food-X Technologies to Lead e-Grocery Management System Development for AI Innovation Effort
Summary
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Government of Canada and B.C.’s Health Authorities are taking critical steps to keep communities safe and essential workers supported. The critical need to get fresh, high quality groceries to essential workers, non-pandemic patients and citizens in quarantine requires the highest level of efficiency from farm to table. Food-X Technologies is the only scalable end-to-end software solution for the eGrocery market allowing grocers to deliver online in an efficient and sustainable way with their legacy assets. The COVID-19 Program funds projects that contribute to improving the health and safety of Canadians, supporting Canada’s ability to address issues created by the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition, these projects will build expertise and capacity to address and anticipate issues that may arise in future health crises.
