Stilo Management Changes and Covid-19 Update – Stilo

We are pleased to announce that Bryan Tipper, formerly VP Sales & Marketing, based in our Ottawa office, has been appointed CEO and a Director of Stilo International as from April 1st. At the same time, Les Burnham, formerly CEO, has been appointed Chairman and Non-Executive Director. All of our day to day operations are now based in Ottawa, and in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, our staff have been working from home since the beginning of last week, without any significant disruption to our business operations. The publishing of our 2019 results has been delayed, as the FCA has put a temporary block on announcements because of Covid-19 and its potential impact.
