Salesforce.com is expanding its new Marketing Cloud ecosystem already with the hopes of offering customers more social data that could enable better business decisions quicker. Those companies include The Marketing Cloud ecosystem includes partners Bitext, Calais, Caterva, Clarabridge Link, EpiAnalytics, Kanjoya, Klout, Kred, LeadSift, Lexalytics, LinguaSys, Lymbix, Metavana, OpenAmplify, PeekAnalytics, Rapleaf, Solariat, Soshio, The SelfService Company and Trendspottr. Salesforce officially debuted the integrated platform as the Marketing Cloud during Dreamforce 12 in September, described at the time as an all-in-one solution for unifying fragmented conversations and data from social channels. Additionally, Salesforce is introducing a new credits-based pricing model for Marketing Cloud, which is intended to be more flexible for purchasing and combining services from these 20 partners. Starting at $5,000 per month with 1,000 partner credits, the Marketing Cloud basic edition includes social listening, content, engagement, advertising, workflow, automation and measurement services.
