Persimmon Group Expands Partnership With Cleo to Accelerate Opportunity for Customer-Specific Ecosystems
Summary
The partnership is focused on developing what Persimmon calls “customer-specific ecosystems,” a new approach to IT modernization that optimizes critical end-to-end business processes across a company’s supply chain. Yet we’re finding that many of our clients are struggling with B2B/EDI modernization efforts, especially when it comes to leveraging advanced integration techniques like web services, APIs, cloud, or hybrid environments,” said Charles Abbott, CEO, Persimmon. Persimmon has leveraged the Cleo Integration Cloud platform’s EDI modernization capabilities to help TAG improve logistics and distribution for men’s and women’s apparel by developing real-time interfaces to existing ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS), as well to multiple order fulfillment sites. His topic, “Living in the World of Customer-Specific Ecosystems,” will explain how Persimmon is using Cleo products to help companies evolve in the age of the cloud by leveraging modern integration technology to bridge the gaps between the once-comfortable on-premise environment and today’s wide-area network of local, remote, and virtual applications. Across multiple industries, we provide IT resources that include project managers, business and system analysts, network and application designers, and developers.
