Summary
County of Hawaiʻi Selects System Innovators’ iNovah to Automate Enterprise Operations within the Vehicle Registration and Licensing Division. The County joins the Hawaiian islands of Maui and Kauaʻi, in choosing iNovah to automate the processing of over 400,000 transactions annually across six VRL offices. The modernization project will replace the County’s manually intensive cash receipting process across 45 workstations and six Vehicle Registration and Licensing offices with iNovah, a single source for payment consolidation, reporting, reconciliation and audit. “System Innovators’ expertise in the payments industry and exclusive solution for governments was a key differentiator from the other vendors,” said Naomi O’Dell, VRL Administrator for Hawaiʻi County, “It (iNovah) is fully capable of interfacing with our County’s current environment, provide flexible payment options for citizens, is PCI compliant as well as provides business intelligence through comprehensive statistical, reporting and auditing.” iNovah supports the latest Microsoft technologies and is trusted by over 120 governments across North America, including 5 of the largest 20 counties. Enterprise revenue management offerings include iNovah ERM, a fully configurable PCI PA-DSS compliant payment collection, cashiering and financial reporting solution.
