Sky and The Walking Dead producer team up to launch mobile games based on its original dramas

Sky, the European pay-TV giant, has just announced a partnership with Skybound Entertainment, the company behind the “” franchise, for the launch of mobile games based on the formers original dramas.The first step is the creation of a new studio called Skybound Stories, which will use new and existing IPs to create “.” The studio will take advantage of Skys forthcoming original products across Europe, such as Babylon Berlin, Britannia, and Gomorrah, but new IPs for standalone games could be created as well.Gary Davey, Managing Director of Content at Sky thinks that the new partnership is meant to explore interactive story-telling created for mobile consumption.
