Boulder-based Automox, which develops cloud-based configuration management and patch management software has raised $9.3M in a Series A funding, the company said this week. The funding was led by TechOperators, and also included CRV, BlueNote Ventures, and Tom Noonan. As part of the funding round, Noonan also has joined the companys board of directors. noonan is General Partner at TechOperators, and previously founded Internet Security Systems (acquired by IBM), JouleX (acquired by Cisco) and Endgame.
