CODA Architecture celebrates two years of growth in Manchester
Summary
CODA Architecture opened its Manchester office in 2017 as it built on an existing and expanding client base both in the north west and nationally. Christian Gonzalez is a RIBA and ARB architect who moved from Sheppard Robson to lead on CODA’s High Wycombe residential project. Christian will provide additional support on the delivery of projects from Stage 4 onwards and brings with him a huge amount of BIM and technical experience. CODA Architecture’s wide range of experience across different sectors, contract types and clients has equipped the team to bring a fresh perspective and flexible, pro-active approach to any project, no matter what its procurement and organisational structure. Leigh Street in High Wycombe is a part conversion and extension of an existing Victorian warehouse and three new build blocks to provide 228 apartments for Manchester based client Regency Residential.
