The same gentleman sprays every time. It must be his full-time job because he drives a truck with a covered bed that is full of Round-Up. I wrote several officials to ask why they had to spray everything and to please stop, and they sent me a nice letter with a copy of the label from the bottle saying it was okay because the label on the bottle said it was safe if applied safely.
