Not easy to act like a woman, says Srinivas Reddy

Comedian Srinivas Reddy is playing the lead actor in Jambalakadi Pamba directed by J.B. Murali Krishna. “In the beginning, I felt a bit shy when I stepped out of my caravan wearing a woman’s outfit. Earlier, actors like Naresh and Rajendra Prasad also appeared in a woman’s get-up in their films. “I watched their films before playing my role,” says the actor, adding that he practiced at home before the shoot started. However, Srinivas Reddy is clear that he doesn’t want to continue as a lead actor permanently.
