Update and Information

▤ Summary

The Public-I staff are now mainly working remotely from home rather than our offices in Hove and Halifax. This has no impact on the service we provide to existing clients. Phones are re-routed to staff mobiles and our monitoring service will continue as normal for any of you holding meetings (this includes day and evening monitoring). The options are as follows: Our engineers will be available for essential work, assuming they are able to have absolute minimum contact with others when on site. For now, preventative maintenance visits and upgrades have been postponed but they will, of course, be rescheduled as soon as we are able to do this.
