The winner before that was Smarp, who have grown from just a few people to a global company attracting the attention of BBC and getting clients from the FTSE150. Previous winners and participants include impressive companies such as Kiosked, who have closed over 45 million euros in funding since then or perhaps Holvi who have now exited to BBVA. The top 15 companies will be invited to Arctic15 (hence the name) for free and will have the chance to pitch to our jury members. The competition is not just about the money, of course, it is also about exposure in media and during the event which can get you your next funding round or a break in your marketing and PR activities. For all startups coming, we expect to have over 150 investors including top names such as Accel, SV Angel, Atomico, Balderton Capital, Connect Ventures, Intel Capital, SAP, 500 Startups, TechStars.
