VersaLogic releases server-class computers for embedded applications

VersaLogic Corp., the embedded industrys most trusted computer company, has announced a new server-class product in a compact 110 x 155 x 50 mm package -- Named "Grizzly", the new embedded server product features an Intel 16-core processor, up to 128 GB of ECC RAM, high speed 10 Gigabit Ethernet channels, and operation over the full -40º to +85ºC industrial temperature range. "When performance and reliability are hard requirements, VersaLogics new Grizzly enables high-speed processing and data collection outside the rack and out to the edge, even in harsh environments. said Bruce McKinnon, Chief Operating Officer VersaLogic Corp.Designed and tested for full industrial temperature operation (-40º to +85ºC), as well as MIL-STD-202H for high impact and vibration, the Grizzly is the first 16-core embedded computer to offer this much performance in a compact, rugged package.The Grizzly includes two SFP+ interface connectors which support high-speed 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
