Odoro’s Simplified Digital Patient Check-In System Selected by SLUCare
Summary
Odoro, developer of the next generation digital patient access platform (DPAP), today announced a new partnership with SLUCare Physician Group, the academic medical practice of Saint Louis University. SLUCare has selected Odoro’s DPAP solution to simplify processes for patients by digitizing registration and self check-in for appointments at their new state-of-the-art physicians office building, which will open on August 31. The DPAP solution will allow SLUCare to automate and customize manual front-office workflows, to streamline the check-in process, minimize onsite activity and reduce waiting room times. “We see this service as an important component to putting our patients first in all we do.” SLUCare and Odoro were introduced to one another through the St. Louis-based organization, GlobalSTL, an initiative of BioSTL that recruits high-growth companies from around the world to enrich and grow St. Louiss innovation economy. Taking into account patient-provider preferences and business logic, Odoro uniquely enables full customization and rapid implementation of health system’s very complex patient access workflows.
