PropTech aedifion closes seed financing round – BitStone Capital

Cologne, 03.02.2020 – The smart building specialist aedifion GmbH has completed a seed financing round with BitStone Capital and three business angels. Energy saving potentials in the use of technical building equipment arise already in the planning stage and continue through the commissioning and the entire utilisation phase. Manfred Heid, Managing Partner at BitStone Capital, is pleased about the investment: “aedifion has the potential to become a key component of intelligent buildings. In addition to BitStone Capital, three successful entrepreneurs from the fields of real estate, building automation and ventilation technology participated in the seed investment as business angels. Since 2017, aedifion GmbH has been dedicated to the automated optimization of modern buildings based on many years of research at RWTH Aachen University.
