Sharpist Raises $5M in Seed Funding

As part of the funding, Holger Witte, Partner at Vorwerk Ventures, will join Sharpist’s Advisory Board. The company plans to use the funds to deepen the capabilities of its personalized learning platform, scale its implementations with new and existing clients around the world, and build its global network of coaches and team of experts in Berlin. Co-founded by Fabian Niedballa and Hendrik Schriefer, joined by new CPO Khurram Masood, Sharpist is a digital ecosystem for personalized learning and development. Professionals at all levels and stages of their careers use the platform to grow, develop and stay engaged at work. Since being founded in 2018, employees at hundreds of organizations in over 30 markets have completed tens of thousands of sessions through the site.
