Notice Regarding Underwriting of Capital Increase through Third-Party Allotment by Enhanlabo Co., Ltd., a Subsidiary of Visionary Holdings Co., Ltd., Engaging in the Wearables Business Rikei Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President& CEO: Satoru Isaka, hereinafter “Rikei”) hereby announces that it has underwritten a capital increase of around twenty million yen through third-party allotment by Enhanlabo Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takeshi Zayasu, hereinafter “Enhanlabo”), a subsidiary of Visionary Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Naohiko Hoshizaki), which engages in the wearables business. Under the key concept of visual expansion, Enhanlabo was established with the aim of commercializing the b.g., an eyeglasses-shaped wearable terminal with a focus on the vision and the wearing comfort. Under the medium-term management plan from the fiscal year ending March 2017 to the fiscal year ending March 2019, announced in May 2016, Rikei endeavors to strengthen its three current core businesses and to push ahead with collaboration between them in a bid to ensure stable earnings and to expand its management base by means of positive investments and corporate acquisitions. Rikei recently underwrote the capital investment through third-party allotment by Enhanlabo in its expectation of future potential of its wearables business. In addition to solutions, Rikei provides electronic components and devices, such as high frequency components, high performance adhesives for industrial use, testers for automotive audio and navigation equipment, power grid analysis systems, defense-related machinery and security systems.
