International Ms. USA 2020 is Mikell Reed Carroll, representing New England, with first runner-up going to New York, Patrice Hamilton. There are seven areas of competition in the pageant: Introduction video 10%, Interview 40%, Social Media 10%, Runway 10%, Evening Gown 10%, Photogenic 10% and Resort Wear also 10%.
