High Performance SPF
Summary
Since CloudMailin launched we’ve been looking for ways to help our users and make receiving email easier. One of the frequently asked for feature requests was to add SPF support. When the email is received the server will lookup the DNS record and check that the IP Address that sent the message is in the allowed list. The problem was that adding SPF, with any of the available methods we tried, and the associated lookups could slowdown the time between us receiving your message and us delivering it to your website. For this reason we put it on the back burner until we could find a solution.
