Welcome back Richmond Housing – Lindsey Software
Summary
It had been a while since RHA had any Lindsey training and there were a few things that had been improved over the years. A good sales rep from another company talked them into using their software and they made the switch as of November 1, 2019. We received a call stating they had left us but had not stopped paying and wanted to get everything updated with Lindsey. They were an avid user of the Lindsey financials and things were much harder in the non-integrated software they purchased and after 8 1/2 months, they decided to do away with the other software. Not only are they saving time using Lindsey Software by getting rid of lengthy closing processes, end of day routines and being able to see everything in one place rather than bouncing back and forth to other modules, they are saving paper.
