The platform leverages enterprise-scale big data and machine learning to enable customer communications in any channel and allow brands to develop and deliver personalization capabilities without building and maintaining massive bespoke data infrastructure. Current clients include Albertsons, ASOS, Equinox, Venmo, and WeWork.
