First the support from the Revolut co-founder, now the acquisition by Belgian Aikido: what’s new with Cyberly

Acquisitions

▤ Summary

Aikido Security is acquiring Cyberly to expand beyond software security into employee security. The combined offering will power a new platform called Noon, which will merge AI-driven attack simulations, employee training, email protection, and device security. Cyberly brings technology for realistic phishing simulations and monitoring of AI use inside organizations. The deal also keeps the Cyberly founders involved and maintains a development center in Warsaw. Aikido says the acquisition helps it protect companies that do not build their own software but still face AI-enabled social engineering attacks.
