Zillow brings specialized housing intelligence to Claude, with a path to tours, agents and financing

Zillow has launched a new Claude connector that brings home listings, interactive maps, home value estimates, and affordability tools into the AI assistant. Users can search for homes or rentals and then move directly to a tour, an agent, or financing from the same conversation. Zillow says the connector uses its own MLS-approved display and does not send data to Anthropic. The release extends Zillow’s AI experiences beyond its app and into another major AI platform while keeping agents and loan officers in the workflow.
