Vinci Energies acquires All for One

Vinci Energies has completed its takeover of German SAP consultancy All for One. The company now holds 87.33% of the shares and plans to integrate All for One into Axians, its ICT brand. The partners say the move should expand All for One’s growth opportunities across Europe and strengthen its international reach and portfolio. They also plan a delisting offer for remaining shareholders to reduce complexity and operating costs. All for One currently serves about 4,500 customers, mainly in Germany, Austria, Poland, and Switzerland.
