LeanTaaS acquired Aidin to expand its inpatient flow platform into post-acute care transitions. The deal connects discharge readiness data with referral and care coordination workflows inside LeanTaaS iQueue for Inpatient Flow. Aidin already serves more than 200 hospitals and supports more than 2 million referrals each year across a large provider network. The combined offering aims to help hospitals move patients out of the hospital faster and coordinate the full discharge process more efficiently.
