DexYP® Announces Corporate Name Change to Thryv, Inc.

The name change reflects the companys focus on its flagship software product, Thryv, and on its mission to equip entrepreneurs to run their businesses smarter using modern, mobile tools. “ Today’s announcement underscores our dedication to helping America’s local businesses win in the marketplace,” said Thryv Chief Executive Officer Joe Walsh. “ It’s not just changing a logo; it’s about repositioning DexYP as a new company—a SaaS company—with a new way of thinking.” To support its rebranding efforts, the Company formed The Thryv Foundation, a nonprofit that invests in small businesses through education efforts like its Small Business Ambassador Program, live webinars, company podcasts and seminar training around the country. Thryv provides modernized business functions allowing them to manage their time, communicate with clients, and get paid.
