BUUU signs definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Brightray Science Inc.

BUUU Group agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Brightray Science Inc., a provider of modular prefabricated data center solutions. The deal will make Brightray a consolidated subsidiary and could later give BUUU the option to buy the remaining stake. BUUU also announced a move of its corporate headquarters to Singapore and entered private placement agreements expected to raise more than $60 million.
