VSE Corporation Acquires Atech Turbine Components

VSE Corporation acquired Atech Turbine Components to expand its aviation aftermarket repair capabilities. The deal adds more than 300 proprietary repair approvals and strengthens VSE Aviation’s engine component repair platform. Atech brings specialized hot-section turbine engine expertise and a long-standing relationship with Pratt & Whitney Canada.
