Sonos upgrades Beam Ultra with Atmos and links Ace Ultra with music speakers

Sonos is launching Beam Ultra, a new soundbar with true Dolby Atmos support and improved dialogue handling. It is also introducing Ace Ultra, a headset that can now transfer music streams with Sonos Wi-Fi speakers as well as TV audio, while adding stronger noise cancellation and longer battery life. Sonos will roll out new app software, a renamed operating system, and an Early Access set of features that includes new speaker groupings and a web app version. The company is also opening an MCP interface and AI voice features that let external bots and agents connect, including ChatGPT.
