Pantheon, a San Francisco, CA-based website operations platform (WebOps) for agile marketers and developers, acquired StagingPilot, a provider of a website update automation platform. The integration of StagingPilot’s website update automation capabilities will expand the company’s WebOps offering. The StagingPilot team – led by Founder Nathan Tyler – will join Pantheon. Led by Zack Rosen, CEO and Co-Founder, Pantheon is a WebOps platform for Drupal and WordPress, running more than 285,000 sites in the cloud and serving over 10 billion page views a month. Its multitenant, container-based platform enables organizations to manage all of their websites from a single dashboard.
