Interim consolidated report of AB Grigeo covering three months of 2019 and endorsement of the responsible persons
Summary
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of the Group, if compared with the three months of 2018, decreased by 12.9% and reached EUR 6.1 million. The negative change in the Groups key financial indicators was due to the decrease in the market prices for raw material for corrugated cardboard production and insufficient sales, limited by production volumes. During the reporting period, the Company earned EUR 9.3 million profit before taxes. Changes in the Companys business performance indicators were determined by the transfer of the corrugated cardboard production business to the subsidiary UAB “Grigeo Packaging”.
