I need a heroku server running D3.js, that can saves charts to Amazon S3. I need to be able to call this from another server. Basically Im going to post a whole stack of data, and get the charts created and stored on s3, and send an email to our users containing those charts. Should be fairly simple. Willing to pay for high quality and fast delivery.
