Forterro makes fifth software acquisition, buys Polish ERP provider BPSC

Forterro acquired BPSC, a Polish ERP vendor focused on medium and large manufacturers, distributors, and service companies. The deal expands Forterro’s presence in Central and Eastern Europe and becomes its first investment in that region. Forterro said BPSC will operate as its fourth European business unit with local management support.
