Pepper Advantage To Acquire Dilosk And ICS Mortgages

Pepper Advantage agreed to acquire Dilosk DAC and its ICS Mortgages platform in a deal expected to close in late Q3 2026, subject to approvals. The transaction combines Dilosk’s Irish mortgage origination and servicing business with Pepper Advantage’s credit management and technology platform. After closing, Dilosk will continue operating under the ICS Mortgages brand with its existing management team.
