Núclea acquires anti-fraud intelligence firm Data Rudder

Núclea agreed to acquire Data Rudder, an anti-fraud intelligence company focused on financial institutions. The deal has not disclosed financial terms and still needs Central Bank approval. Data Rudder serves more than 200 institutions and monitors large transaction volumes across Pix, TED transfers, card payments, and anti-money laundering use cases.
