CSL Group acquires IoTM Solutions to strengthen global eSIM orchestration

CSL Group has acquired IoTM Solutions to build a global platform for resilient IoT connectivity management and eSIM orchestration. The combined offering brings together SIM lifecycle management, multi-operator connectivity, and cloud-native workflow automation across more than 100 mobile operators. CSL says the deal will help customers prepare for the next-generation SGP.32 eSIM standard and simplify fragmented multi-portal operations.
