Accenture and FieldCore Transform Human Resources Systems with Digital Upgrades

NEW YORK--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and FieldCore, Inc., (“FieldCore”) a GE company, have successfully automated and streamlined disparate human resources and payroll systems following the merger of several entities into FieldCore’s industrial field services organization that operates in 63 countries and has more than 12,000 employees. “The successful partnership between the Accenture team and our IT experts have enabled us to implement major system upgrades that greatly impact our productivity — in time measured in months as opposed to several years.” The implementation is part of FieldCore’s company-wide, two-year digital transformation project to bring together thousands of employees from multiple organizations into one GE company focused on maintaining and upgrading power generation equipment across the globe. “When we formed FieldCore, we reimagined how our business should operate after the merger and then built a new, modern technology system consistent with that vision,” said Easwaran Krishnamurthy, FieldCore’s chief information officer.
