Greenshades Software Receives Strategic Investment from SFW Capital Partners

Greenshades Software, a Jacksonville, Florida-based provider of payroll tax and human capital management (“HCM”) information and software solutions for mid-sized businesses with deep integrations into leading middle market ERP platforms, received a strategic investment from SFW Capital Partners. In conjunction with the investment, Omair Sarwar, a Partner at SFW, will be joining Greenshades’ Board of Directors. Co-founded by David Rosas and Matt Kane, Greenshades provides payroll tax and human capital management information and software solutions with deep integrations into mid-market ERP platforms such as the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio of products, amongst many others. In addition, the company has developed a portfolio of cloud-based HCM solutions that drive a range of critical employee management and engagement workflows (compensation, time tracking, benefits, on-boarding and more) for its customers. Customers include more than 4,000 mid-sized businesses that employ approximately 3 million people across the United States.
