Property Investment Platform Propio Now Seeking £300,000 Through Crowdcube Round

Propio, a UK-based property investment platform, has recently launched an equity crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube to raise £300,000. Founded in 2016, and launched in 2017, Propio describes itself as a the home of the Property ISA. The company reported: “Property investing traditionally requires a significant amount of money, time and knowledge. One that works for a new generation of investors but also helps build more much-needed homes in the UK.” Propio recently revealed that its community has invested more than £8.5 million. The platform is also ranked in the top 10 investment companies on Trustpilot, have been all over the press & have delivered average returns of 6.5% to investors.
