GE-Proton11-1 Released with Proton 11 Base and Many Innovations

GE-Proton 11-1 has been released with a move to the latest Proton 11 bleeding-edge base. The update adds D7VK integration, Discord Bridge OptiScaler support, and new WineALSA and Wine-Wayland improvements. It also replaces the old Quartz/GStreamer video path with a new Quartz -> WineDMO -> FFmpeg flow, which improves cutscene and video compatibility in many games. The release expands support for VR titles through UMU and updates ProtonFixes for a long list of games. Some older WMV videos may still show minor glitches, but overall the update significantly improves Linux gaming compatibility.
