ManTech Acquires Kforce Government Solutions, for $115M

ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq: MANT) completed the acquisition of Kforce Government Solutions, a Fairfax, VA-based provider of financial management, transformation management, and technology solutions to the government, for $115m. The acquisition builds ManTech’s presence in the federal health market, where KGS supported programs for customers including the Department of Veterans Affairs. ManTech will continue this work for the VA through the current Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) program. Led by Kevin M.
