Microsoft tests AI financial tools in Excel and launches reusable Skills feature

Microsoft has started testing new AI financial tools in Excel for Microsoft 365 Insider users on Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS. The new Copilot in Excel Skills feature lets users package repetitive actions into reusable instructions through SKILL.md files stored in OneDrive. Microsoft also added a prebuilt library of financial skills and initial partners such as LSEG and Ramp.
