GrayMatter Acquires New Frontier Technologies, Strengthening Industrial Automation Pillar and Anchoring a New Kansas City Presence

GrayMatter has acquired New Frontier Technologies to expand its industrial automation capabilities and establish a stronger presence in Kansas City and Texas. The deal adds deep experience in oil and gas, process industries, data centers, and vision-based material handling. GrayMatter says the combined company now has more than 500 employees and can serve customers across manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, distribution, and data center operations. The acquisition strengthens GrayMatter’s Industrial Automation pillar and broadens its engineering, integration, and operational technology expertise.
