IITPSA Skills Survey to probe AIs impact on SA ICT jobs

The IITPSA has opened its 2026 ICT Skills Survey and wants input from South African ICT employers and practitioners. The survey will examine how AI, including generative and agentic AI, is affecting jobs, staffing needs, skills shortages, and future capability demands. It will also collect views on which roles may be automated or augmented and how workers are using AI in the workplace. The findings will be published in the third quarter of 2026.
