The project targets one of the least developed insurance segments in Poland and uses AI to automate operations, customer service, and data analysis. The company plans to start sales within the next three months after implementation work finishes. Veterinarians and partner clinics will serve as the main sales and service channel, which embeds insurance directly into pet healthcare workflows. The platform is also intended to create a foundation for future risk scoring and underwriting tools.
